Piazza Garibaldi e Via Mazzini

Piazza Garibaldi and Via Mazzini are located in the centre of Menaggio.

The square is shaped like an elle; the flooring has geometric designs made with different stone materials and some sections in cobblestones.

Menaggio is located in the central area of Lake Como, on the western shore, at the beginning of a wide valley that connects Menaggio to Lake Lugano.

Already in the early 1800s it was discovered by the first holidaymakers, favored by its scenic qualities and a particularly mild climate.

The village is urbanistically constituted by a centre and by three hamlets, Croce, Loveno and Nobiallo.

The old town centre overlooking the lake and its promenade is a pole of attraction for modern tourists.
