Food and wine festival at Castello, the medieval heart of Menaggio.
This is a historical, cultural and gastronomic event with musical accompaniment and craft stalls.
The idea is that of a festival in the medieval village where you can walk and "get lost". For the occasion, some private individuals will open to the public cellars, gardens, courtyards, making it even more intimate atmosphere.
The route winds its way through the most characteristic streets of the village starting from Piazza Garibaldi going up towards the Castello di Menaggio. The visitor who buys the entrance ticket will be provided with a tasting kit with an illustrative brochure that will allow him/her to visit the various tasting stops along the way.
The tastings will be of wines and selected wineries accompanied by cheeses and cold cuts.
