Stall of old things - Castagnata

Walks & Excursions

Saturday, October 23 and Sunday, October 24 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Garibaldi Square from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Operation Mato Grosso presents the "stall of old things". There will also be a chestnut party.

Operation Mato Grosso (OMG for short) is a free volunteer movement of Catholic inspiration, which carries out a set of activities in Latin America, aimed at educating and benefiting the poorest. Although it is formally aconfessional, i.e., all young people who want to give their time in favor of the poor are accepted, many volunteers carry out activities in parishes entrusted by the local bishops, and activities also include devoting themselves to religious activities such as oratory. The activity carried out is mainly educational and charitable, inspired by the educational method of St. John Bosco and the charitable aspect of St. Francis of Assisi.
